Shotgun Method

Anyone heard of the Shotgun Method of training?  It's an interesting mix between strength and muscle growth training.  Thoughts?

It would appear to be a good bodybuilding approach. Natural trainees should use methods depended more upon compound movements, a juicer should only focus on tons of isolations, they're not necessary.

It seems to be geared more toward a sarcoplasmic hypertrophy, which is mainly fluid.

For those who have never heard of the program. I'll provide a link.

Low rest between sets with a lot of volume tells me it's for bodybuilders looking more for a sarcoplasmic hypertrophy.
